ALLDES is produced by electrolysis of water and salt, which creates hypochlorous acid, a natural active substance that is also produced by the human and animal immune system. Hypochlorous acid has a unique ability to quickly oxidize organic material in cell walls, which ensures thorough and effective disinfection.
One of the great advantages of ALLDES is that it is pH-neutral, non-toxic or corrosive and leaves no residue. It requires no subsequent rinsing or drying and is therefore approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration for use on food contact surfaces with a 'no rinse claim'. ALLDES is also tested and approved according to comprehensive standards, including EN 14476, EN 16777, EN 1276, EN 1656, EN 1650, EN 13727, EN 14348, EN 13624 and NF T 72-281 7784.
