Sadea collects your name and email address so that you can use the contact form on the website.
We store your data with our provider of online software for sending contact forms.
We secure your personal information and rights via a data processing agreement with our provider.
You can always ask to know what information we have about you, and you can always ask us to delete all your information completely. Please write to info@sadea.dk if you wish to do so.
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and ensure that we comply with the rights you have under data protection law, including how long data should be stored. An ongoing assessment is made of the risk that our data processing could negatively affect your rights.
When processing personal data about customers and others as part of operating our business, we are regarded as either data controllers or data processors depending on the specific situation.
Among other things, we store the following personal data where necessary to send invoices:
- Name
- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company registration number (CVR number)
- Activity log to keep track of where the customer is in the process
- Information about which systems the customer uses and possible access thereto if needed
The information is stored in relevant systems via a data processing agreement with our providers where applicable.
All invoices will be clearly marked with payment information and due date corresponding to net payment terms unless otherwise stated.
Any emails containing customer information, or physical notes containing personal data, are deleted or shredded immediately after registration in relevant systems. We encourage our customers to ensure encrypted transmission of sensitive personal data to us.
