Prices

All prices on our website are in local currency and exclude VAT and other charges.
Prices are subject to change and printing errors reserved. Stock availability is not guaranteed.

Payment

We accept payments with Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron and Maestro.
Payment will only be debited when the goods have been shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to all countries within Europe via UPS.

Shipping rates depend on the delivery country:

• Germany, the Netherlands, and France: Shipping starts at 10 EUR, with free shipping for orders over 200 EUR (excluding VAT).
• United Kingdom: Shipping starts at 10 GBP, with free shipping for orders over 200 GBP (excluding VAT).
• Sweden: Shipping starts at 99 SEK, with free shipping for orders over 1,999 SEK (excluding VAT).
• Denmark: Shipping starts at 49 DKK, with free shipping for orders over 999 DKK (excluding VAT).

For all other European countries, please check the shipping rates during checkout or contact our customer service.

Delivery time within Europe is usually 2-7 business days depending on the recipient country.

Orders placed on business days before 2 pm are usually shipped the same day.

Note:
If delivery to the specified address is not possible, the package will be redirected to a nearby UPS Access Point.
If the package is not picked up within the deadline and returned to us, the customer bears the cost of re-delivery.

If the customer does not want a re-delivery, only the value of the goods will be refunded – the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

For orders with special customizations, logos or individual adjustments, delivery time will be extended accordingly.

Warranty

For private customers, a statutory warranty period of 2 years applies, for business customers 1 year, according to applicable consumer protection laws.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by improper use or handling is excluded from the warranty.
Claims must be reported within a reasonable period after the defect is discovered.
Return costs for justified complaints are covered by Sadea ApS to a reasonable extent.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you take possession of the goods.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Withdrawal must be declared by email to info@sadea.dk within 14 days.
Goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal declaration.

A simple refusal of acceptance without notification does not count as withdrawal.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery
• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods
• Services already begun
• Digital content without physical media if execution has begun with express consent before the end of the withdrawal period
• Newspapers, magazines, periodicals (except subscriptions)

Return

Returns must be well packaged and include a copy of the order confirmation.
For faster processing, please also include our completed withdrawal form.
You bear the risk for the goods until they arrive with us.
Cash on delivery packages are not accepted.

Condition of the goods on return

You are liable for depreciation caused by excessive use beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
You may test the goods as you would in a physical store.
In case of excessive use, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.

Refund

In case of withdrawal, we will refund you the amount paid including delivery costs (except where you chose a more expensive delivery method than standard) no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notification.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
